Finalmente un sistema de mensajería instantánea para la comunicación de la empresa y los clientes.
El sistema de tickets e incidencias utilizado es GLPI
El sistema de relevamiento de equipos es OCSinventory
El sistema de mensajeria es ejabberd

Instalando el sistema de relevamiento:
Descargar el OCS

Actualizar el sistema antes de instalar:

Instalar apache, php y el modulo de php para apache

Instalar mysql y sus modulos
